Teen Events

Teen Minecraft Club

Teens in grade 6-12 are welcome to join us in the community room the first Tuesday of every month from 3:45 - 5:00 p.m.   Six laptops are available, but players are encouraged to bring their own laptops, if possible.  The library has 2 Minecraft accounts that may be shared amongst players.  If you do not have your own Minecraft Club Account, please be prepared to share.

January Event:  Jackbox Party, Friday the 31st from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Gamers and non-gamers alike are guaranteed to have fun playing Jackbox Party video games.  All you need to bring is your own internet connecting device (i.e. phone, tablet, laptop) to play.  If you don't have one, one will be provided for you.  No sign up is required for this event that is open to students in grades 6-12.  For more information, please stop by the library or call 715-839-5029.

Chess Club

Chess players of all ages (including those eager to learn the game for the first time) are welcome to join us in the community room the second Saturdays of every month from 10:30 a.m. - Noon.

What is TAB?

Teen Advisory Board

Teens in grade 6-12 are invited to join a monthly Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting. TAB is a group of committed and enthusiastic teens who help out the library by giving their opinion on programming, what materials the library should purchase, and on how to promote teen involvement at the library. Interested? Pick up your TAB 2019-2020 application at the library or click here to download a copy.  Next Meeting:  Friday, February 7th @ 4:00 p.m.
